Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.

Auto liability and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims require adjusters to track separate coverage triggers, separate liability standards, and separate documentation requirements. This course covers the foundational rules for both coverage lines: when each applies, what the file needs to show, and the most common handling errors that generate complaints and coverage disputes.
