Documentation Mastery
Documentation is not a task you do after handling a claim — it is the way you handle the claim. This course teaches the system-level documentation habits that protect adjusters at every stage: first contact, inspection, coverage analysis, and file closure. Leave with specific entries, formats, and decision-documentation language you can use immediately. Live on Microsoft Teams. Same-day certificate and TDI roster submission handled after verified completion.
Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
About This Course
Most documentation failures aren't caused by bad adjusters — they're caused by adjusters who treat documentation as a separate step instead of a built-in practice. This course teaches the mental model and specific habits that make files defensible: what to capture and when, how to document decisions not just actions, and how to build a file that answers an investigator's questions before they're asked.
