Data Privacy in Claims
Claim files contain protected personal and financial information. The rules governing how that information is stored, shared, and transmitted apply to independent adjusters — not just carriers. This course covers Texas insurance privacy requirements, authorized versus unauthorized disclosure, email and electronic communication standards, and what personal device use means for your compliance obligations. Live on Microsoft Teams. Same-day certificate and TDI roster submission handled after verified completion.
Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
