Homeowner Property Claims: Water, Wind & Hail
Water, wind, and hail are the three highest-complaint-volume loss types in Texas homeowner claims. Each has its own coverage trigger, its own inspection standard, and its own documentation requirements. This course covers how to handle all three correctly — from first contact through scope and coverage determination — with the specific file entries that prevent disputes and survive review. Live on Microsoft Teams. Same-day certificate and TDI roster submission handled after verified completion.
Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
About This Course
Water, wind, and hail claims generate more TDI complaints per claim type than any other category in Texas. This course teaches adjusters the coverage distinctions, inspection standards, and documentation requirements specific to each loss type — so claims are handled correctly the first time and files are ready if a complaint follows.
