SIU Referral Workshop

An SIU referral made without documentation looks like delay. Made without legitimate basis, it's an unfair claims practice. This course teaches the legal trigger standard, how to document a referral correctly, which prompt pay obligations continue during SIU review, and how to communicate with insureds when an investigation is active — without saying the wrong thing. Live on Microsoft Teams. Same-day certificate and TDI roster submission handled after verified completion.

Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
