This course covers when subrogation rights attach, what evidence must be preserved and when, and the specific file entries that protect your company's recovery position from day one. Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
