Subrogation & Evidence Preservation

Subrogation rights are created at the moment of payment — but they're protected or destroyed in the first hours of the claim. Evidence that disappears before a subrogation investigation can't be recovered. This course covers when subrogation rights attach, what evidence must be preserved and when, and the specific file entries that protect your company's recovery position from day one. Live on Microsoft Teams. Same-day certificate and TDI roster submission handled after verified completion.

Why two registration levels? Standard is normal registration handling. Rescue is for tight deadlines and moves the student to priority manual review, priority check-in, and first-in-line same-day roster submission after verified completion when completed before cutoff. State transcript posting still depends on TDI processing.
